Please read this policy carefully. This is the Cancellation and Refund Policy of Emiracle Technologies LLC.
All products mentioned on the website bears an annual commitment and no refund would be initiated in case of cancellation of services.
The company will not be held responsible for any loss of data after the cancellation of services.
The account has to be cancelled by following the process outlined here: To cancel, send an email to email@example.com from your registered e-mail address that we have on file.
We do not make any exception to the rule that you are required to send the cancellation mail from your registered e-mail ID and that you must fill the cancellation form for account cancellation to be effective.
We do not accept any unauthorized cancellation/ termination of your important services. The default credit card holder should send us a cancellation request from their registered email address with a copy of their credit card and an official picture identification such as driving license otherwise cancellation will not be processed and all the service charges would be levied as it is.
In case of change of Debit/ Credit card the account holder need to inform us via registered email to get uninterrupted services.
No refunds are issued for the purchased products.
